		<description>Well myself I have not used comcast / cable one. But my experience. With helping a
few friends set up networks ect. Found local cable company uses a choppy 
control. As downloads and upload got stopped a lot as well as droping
the connection there. Ran few tests with connections to net and other. Sites
found that the lookup was &quot;studdering &quot; that the is the best way I can explain
it. Sounds likely that your local cable company is not using that right now
