Unless you can actually find a restaurant that serves it, like Le Central (more on that later), your gluten-free bread experience will leave something to be desired. Bready, possibly the best robot ever created – yes it’s a robot – is going to change that for all of us who live with the gluten-free curse. That is why my vote will be a write-in for Bready.
